For stays of 7 nights we calculate only 6 nights, hence the seventh night is free

Information about the package and general conditions:

1. The price is for the whole offer package, for two persons, including everything stated above.

2. The dinner and the lunch included in the offer consists of a three-course menu (first-second-dessert), drinks are not included; the restaurants must be reached by your own vehicle.

3. The service provided in our hotel is room with breakfast; half board or full board are not available. But we have agreements with a dozen of excellent restaurants where our Guests can have up to 15% discount on their meals; at your arrival you will receive a “restaurant card”.

4. Opening hours of the wellness area: from 16.00 to 21.00 every day, and on Sunday also in the morning from 10.00 to 13.00 (children and young persons under 18 are not admitted). Includes the use of finnish sauna, turkish bath, mediterranean bath, relaxing whirlpool, Kneipp, ice waterfall, emotional shower, cold pool, relaxing room with herbal tea and fruit. To ensure tranquillity and privacy we have fixed a limit to the access number. Therefore we ask you to book your admission in the morning.

5. Rooms are available starting from 13.00 on your arriving day and will have to be left within 11.00 on your leaving day.

6. For reservations please contact us by phone and/or by e-mail providing us your name, the date of arrival and departure, the selected room tipology, the phone number and the number of your credit card with the deadline. As an alternative to the credit card we require a deposit of Euro 200,00 to send by money order (please contact us for the bank account details). In case of cancellation up to 10 days before your arrival there won’t be charges; in case of cancellation less than 10 days before arrival Euro 200,00 will be charged on your credit card or the deposit will be kept as penalty. In case you delay your arrival or anticipate your departure the full pice of the room will be charged for the whole booked period.

7. The reservation is definitive only if confirmed by us via e-mail or fax with the number of confirmation.
