Package Information and General Conditions:

1. The price comprises the entire package offer, per person including everything described above. The dinners and lunches of the offer comprise a three-course menu (first, second, and dessert), drinks excluded, and the restaurants are to be reached by the guests’ own transportation means.
2. The service provided by our hotel is room with breakfast; half and full board are not available. We are however partnered with around ten excellent restaurants where our guests may enjoy discounts of up to 15% on meals. You will be provided with a “restaurant card” on arrival.
3. The wellness area is open from 4:00pm until 9:00pm every day. On Sundays it is also open in the morning from 10:00am until 1:00pm. (Children and minors under 18 years of age are not permitted.) Enjoy our Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, Mediterranean bath, hydro-massage relaxation tub, Kneipp treatment, ice cascade, sensory showers, cold dips, and relaxation chamber with herbs and fruit.
4. In order to ensure tranquility and privacy, we have established a limited number of entries. It is therefore obligatory to reserve an entry time. Such reservations are to be made in the morning. The room is available from 1:00pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00am on the day of departure.
5. To make your reservation, please contact us either by phone or email and leave your full name, dates of arrival and departure, the type of room you would like to reserve, telephone contact information, and your credit card number with expiration date. As an alternative to a credit card, we request a bank transfer deposit of 200.00 Eur (contact us for bank details). Reservations canceled 3 or more days prior to the scheduled arrival will not be penalized. Cancellation less than 3 days prior to the scheduled arrival will incur a charge of 200.00 EUR on the credit card or the deposit will be retained as a penalty. The reservation is to be considered finalized only if confirmed in writing (via email or fax) by the Hotel, and with the relative reservation number.
