Road Cycling Training Camp

This is the ideal place for those who love sports and want to dedicate their vacations to the outdoors, enjoying breathtaking panoramas from high up in the mountains or along the banks of the lake. The lake naturally heats up the area, permitting typically Mediterranean cultivation, and this is a peculiarity that has been discovered by many professional cyclists, who often use Lake Garda as a “training track”.

The Training Camp is designed primarily for non-pros, whether athletes or not, who want to improve their training technique and fine-tune their preparation for the upcoming athletic season. It is set up for both road racers and bicycle athletes, since the later train for the most part on street bikes.
In addition to daily bike trips, the program provides technical seminars that deal with the principle themes involved in sports preparation: training schedules and athletic season planning, functional assessment and threshold tests using SRM methodology, the monitoring of athletic condition and form, and nutrition for cyclists.
